Every new beginning comes from some other beginnings end.

"No others?" Beranhond said looking around at the carnage, the wounded, and instantly regretted the anger the other cleric directed had directed toward him. With a new found resolve Beranhond stepped onto an overturned cart and shut his eyes.
Narath, I need your help... I know you sent me to find meaning in life, but I can't help all these people on my own.
"Since your cause is right, my beloved-friend, I shall help you, but as always it depends on the belief of those who ask for my help." Her voices filling his mind with a calm feeling of love.

"Have the crowd join their hands together, raise your shield and touch them, and I shall show them my wonders."
Standing up, Beranhond raised his shield above his head and shouted to the crowd,

"Hear me oh crowd, touch those who are in need of healing, touch those near death, let us fill this city with our voice and accept our humanity!."
It was perhaps, not the best speech, but Beranhond hoped it would convey the right message. The crowd, looked unsure. However, enough searching for some hope rushed in towards the cart, took hands and touching each other. A few more compassionate souls joined hands and created a rope of humans towards the hospital tents. Within minutes the square was filled from side to side. The city officials stood and the edge with looks of bewilderment. Beranhond took a deep breath, shut his eyes, and touched the nearest member of the crowd.
At the moment his hands touched the crowd a bright blue light shot down from the heaven's into the shield and through Beranhond to the crowd. The light blossomed forth and covered the area around the square and nearby streets, but only following the rope of humans. Many of those near dying had another chance and many of those with injuries that would lead to death were healed. As suddenly as it appeared the light faded and Beranhond toppled to the ground falling promptly asleep. Tigrisclawu, knowing that this would happen, stepped lightly on top of Beranhond, sat down, and prepared to guard his master.
