Moon (Elf) River

As soon as she heard Beranhond's explanation, the elven maid said, "I'll clean that up right away then," and set to cleaning up the mess. As she went to picking up the scraps of food on the floor, the armor-bound types both scowled at Beranhond as Tigrisclawu went to investigate the elf. When the elf started mentioning the cat's need to pee, they slowly turned and exited the room, closing the door behind them, not even deigning to respond.

"Oh! You would like to know where the bathroom is!" The maid jumped to her feet from where she had been bending over and trying to pick up scraps of food from the floor and pile them on a plate. "Follow me, sir," she said as she kneeled, gracefully picked up the rather heavy tray piled high with spoiled food, and began walking towards the door Beranhond, Grumbleshanks, and Gurkirat had recently entered through. As she walked past him, she motioned with her head that he should follow.

Are you going to follow, my elf friend?

  2. Well, I think she's his only real chance to find the bathroom, so it's really pretty likely that he'll follow her, whether he remembers the Ways or not.

  3. Dan, I want a sense motive on our 'hosts' and on the elf maiden.

  4. Which "hosts"? There are two armor-bound guards outside, apparently, and the maid who is leading Talathel out. Other than that, there are the people who led you here, and Gurkirat and Grumbleshanks heard about a man in "dark leathers", though you haven't heard about him yet. So here is the elf maiden:

She seems a bit shy, and somewhat absent-minded, but you there doesn't seem to be any malice in her actions or movements, and she doesn't seem to be trying to hide anything.

  5. Well, when Tigrisclawu knocked stuff over I assumed the guards would look in at the noise (and said so in my post), I also asked them a question at that same time... but perhaps they didn't look in. If so, let me know and I shall modify my comments accordingly.

  6. Ahh. Well, I started a post, and thought I had hit "Post" but accidentally hit "Save" instead, so you didn't know they had left the room...

  7. Ah, so Alan and I have been thinking they were still in the room even though they had left. Hmmm....

  8. There. I have fixed it. That better? They ignored you and left.
