Deleted for Continuity

  1. Funky. I opened that post and then left it for a while, but it posts based upon when you open so it comes before Whittaker's. News!

  2. Haha, I modified mine to adjust for yours. I am also going to play off that your diplomacy did impact Beranhond a little bit, hence his change of mood after he left and calmed down.

  3. It is odd that the posting time is when you open the post rather than when you actually publish.

  4. I agree. But I saw your post, and then posted mine and it popped up below. Weird.

  5. Very, perhaps Dan can solve this... hmmm... Dan? I know you are asleep, but you should solve it anyway.

  6. He needs to reply to my email as well. Damn you Dan! WTF is up with sleep! You think your current post is resolved with mine? Do I start talking after you came back into the room?

  7. I imagine that everyone, at least in a normal world, would be a little silent at such an outburst (I know, I had to witness one just a yesterday, and we were all deathly silent for about a minute.. So yeah, why don't you speak after Beranhond returns. He was only gone for about a minute or two.

  8. It isn't resolved perfectly, but it will do for now. You might have tried diplomacy before Beranhond left, but he would have ignored it in his fury.

I don't know why Dan needs to sleep - back at PLU he never slept! Plus, he is missing all the fireworks, and he missed me taking comments personally personally, rather than game-personally! He would have enjoyed that.

  9. There's still the issue about me posting before you. I think I'm just gonna copy all my post and paste it later.

  10. You could just repost it now and delete your old one, that would take care of that.

  11. YAAARG! That's what I was gonna do, but each time I do it opera crashes the middle of the edit. What the fuck! Third time's a charm? ...

  12. Sad! Firefox has been giving me more troubles lately. I would blame it on porn... but, that can't be it.

  13. Oh heavens no. These problems could have nothing to do with www.fleshbot.com I'll just blame it on the quirks of Opera.

  14. TMI? Hee hee. I just came from Rocky Horror, so normal rules of decency don't seem to mean anything atm.

  15. You were at Rocky Horror? Nice. Did you dress up? Decency is a flexible and malleable concept anyway. This week has crushed most of the decency out of me.

  16. I went as rocky. I didn't have the slippers, but I was just wearing gold undies. Good fun, and I got checked out pretty blatantly as well. :) We do it again tomorrow ( I work at the on campus theater ) and I'm not sure if I want to go as rocky again or cross dress. I'll probably try to improve my rocky and take it. It's such a fun movie.

  17. Nice.

    "Science fiction, double feature..."

It is a fun, fun, movie. Do you let them throw bread and such?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yup. The only rule is "don't throw shit at our nice expensive screen" but we give them squirt guns, rice, cards, and all the other usual props. People bring their own toast though.

    ReplyDelete
  19. That is a pretty common rule - when I last went that was their policy too. Rocky (who was a woman whose breasts fell out of her costume) tackled someone who threw something at the screen.

    Ah, Rocky Horror...

  20. We do need to get Dan to check in on this blog more often.

I know that the first thing he would say is "what in the world!"

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ah exposed breasts. That's something that was lacking this last night. I think tomorrow might be a little more drunken (I'm considering it myself) and out of control since it's Friday. Here's hopin for some costume malfunctions. :)

    ReplyDelete
  22. You'd better be more out of control for tomorrow, it's pre-halloween night!

Yes, I must admit that I enjoyed the costume malfunction. I think there were a few in the audience as well, but I didn't see them all.

  23. The way to solve any problems with posting times is to edit the post, go into the "Post Options" at the bottom of the text, and on the right it says "Post date and time". It allows you to specify the exact time that your post shows up. I have used this to retroactively post Talathel's summary of the events that happened before the blog opened up, and intend to do the same with a monster post of Beranhond's adventures prior to Baldur's Gate, as well, so it works pretty well.
