Feeling sheepish, Gurkirat marched back to where the cloud had been the moment the words were out if his mouth. Partly he wanted to be on with the adventure, but mostly he wanted to avoid Talathel's and the other party member's laughing eyes. Hmmph, he grunted. He hoped the others were following so he would have to flee like a coward from another battle ...

He checked his equipment to keep his hands busy. The appearance of the cloud and its subsequent disappearance caused him to feel apprehensive of the future. Clarinet in hand, he continued down the tunnel cautiously.

Stealth: 2+5=7

(I'm guessing fleeing down the tunnel disrupted any stealth I had going, and it appears I'm still a bit shaken.)

  1. If you feel that it disrupted your stealth, then we can go with this new number. I wasn't going to ask for a new stealth roll, but if you would like to proceed with a new roll, I'm willing to accept that, too.

  2. Well I had decided to do a new roll, and it seems unfair to toss it out just because I had a super shitty roll. So we'll go with it! I'm ok with it. I'm keeping my perception though! (25)

  3. What route are you taking now, then? The one you were on before?

  5. About 10 feet from K you come upon a swarm of rats roiling all over the sewer. The rats are obviously affected by the stinking cloud potion, and are retching. Remember that they cannot attack or make any other actions in their current state, other than to move. Do you want to fight them, or continue on to the other fight?
