Stories

Nym looked concerned, and pushed her door open and walked through. "Nothing happened to my mother." She said softly as she walked through, meaning for Beranhond to follow. She smiled halfheartedly and straightened the odds and ends on the table she'd brought into the room. "...She left when I was a baby. She belonged in the forest and just couldn't stay in one place with my father and me. I only know her through my father's stories." She smiled up at Beranhond who had hesitantly entered Nym's room.

Nym knelt down and pulled up a floor piece that looked no different than the others. She pulled out the small wooden box she'd rehidden when she returned to the ship. There was a small star engraved in the top of the dark wood on the box. She set it down next to her. "What do you want to know about them?"
