Despite the opportunity for some ship-side romance, Nym was preoccupied with going below deck and collecting some of her belongings she had hidden. She collected a small wooden box, the contents of which she was particularly protective of, some various herbs and medicines she'd collected during her journeys, a well-worn card game, a small bundle of twigs of various types, a small sack with colorful rocks, a rather voluptuous and worn female rock figure, and a little doll. She shows them all to Darvin like an excited child and then disappears into the night.
Knowing no one was after her any longer, she collects her things and heads to the occupied portion of town. Knowing only of the inn Beranhond was staying, she leads Nesme to the stables and buys a room there for the night. Not afraid for her life for the first time in many days, she sleeps soundly. In the morning, she skips downstairs to have some breakfast and to examine more closely her re-aquired box from the ship.
