FLAG

  1. Nice try, Whit. But Kilink's color's are blue, gold and white. We will not be having WSU or UW colors. Since this was never discussed, as captain I am making a non-offensive executive decision.

  2. The red will frighten out enemies, but our friends will be calmed by the cat saying 'meow!'

  3. Blue and gold is a noble color combination that will lull our enemies into a false sense of security. Sort of like what you do with your friends.

  4. Too late Nick. It looks like our colors are red and black.

The captainy thing only extends to the commands the ship. Once on land, and amongst Kilink decisions, you have no more say than any of the rest of us. By which I mean the quickest..

Though Erin seems to have a lot of pull by having an artistic urge/flair.

  5. Blue and Gold is the color of UCLA! That is a no no.

  6. That's powder blue and gold. It was more of a navy I was thinking. If we have to use school then Montana State is the best example.

  7. Well, it is a moot point anyway - we are running around with a red and black flag.

  8. This flag rocks. I will try to put together a picture of your ship flying these colors, plus Baldur's Gate, and incorporate it into the blog. :D

  9. So it appears that it has been decided that Kilink's colors are Red and Black, based on the flag. That is a compromise of sorts, is it not?

  10. Hmm. It sounded to me that Whit just said the colors, and that was that. Compromise? Sure.

I'm all for MSU colors though. A cat?

  11. Whittaker recommended reddish and silvery. I see a red and black flag, and was going with that.

  12. Erin actually decided on the colors when she made the map. I proposed a redish (crimson) and silver (gray). After Erin made the map I I ran with what she had proposed.

We could have a pendant that is blue and gold that flutters from the main-mast.

  13. The high school where my dad taught was nicknamed the Pirates and the colors were red and black. Their very awesome (and original, I might add) fight song, mentions red and white. So, I approve of the red and black color scheme.

    Also, I'm back. So, hooray!
