Exploring Glowing Tents
Nym approached the glowing tent cautiously, convinced she may be going mad. "I should be with Darvin in case he needs assistance..." Nym muttered to herself as she pulled back the tent flap and looked inside waiting for her eyes to adjust.

Nym's eyes were momentarily blinded as she stepped inside. As they adjusted she saw that the tent was largely empty. However, inside Illuvaen glowed with an unnatural light.
ReplyDelete"Nym... it is time." He said as he raised his arms toward. "Come, embrace me and seize your destiny!"
Nym hesitated for a moment before tucking Pipper under her arm and embracing Illuvaen.
ReplyDeleteAs Illuvaen wrapped his arms around Nym she couldn't help but notice that his arms had no warmth. However, before she could say anything the room started to spin and she felt as if she was being stretched and pulled.
ReplyDelete"The wrongs shall be righted..." Illuvaen said into her ears.
"We shall stop those who cause harm..." He whispered again.
It felt as he was drawing closer to her, the cold seeping into her skin.
"Let us punish Thay, let punish all those who ruin!"
Before she could respond the world started to spin and Illuvaen disappeared in front. Her skin continued to feel as if it was pulsing and stretching. The pain was unbelievable and she let out a gasp that sounded like a thunderclap. Finally, she could no longer handle the pain no longer and the world faded to black.
Only a very temporary hiatus Nym - your part to play is far from done :)
Pipper cried on the ground next to Nym, not sure what happened.
